gojka i've just rebuilt the engine im still having niggly problems

at least it didn't need any welding like a certain saxo haha

its failed again

hc is now perfect but co is 0.2% over still, so i've had to do what i didn't want to which is buy a new cat so that will get the 0.2 down so it will pass.

the new cat should be here monday/tuesday so it will be fitted as soon as it comes and the mot place have said they will retest it for free again because their such a nice place

edit - going to buy a brand new lambada sensor on monday aswell so after all this it will finally pass the mot

which leaves:
tax
petrol
prep and paint arch's
swop rear springs back over then it will be ready for pvs

i can't belive its only 1 week away

today i've painted my engine cover and coolant bottle cap, i also saw some of that turtle wax liquid claybar stuff in halfords so thought i might aswell give it a go and its alright i don't think its as good as a normal claybar but its decent enough

i swear to god dan it had betta pass loln my french shit may opf had to have welding but its still on my first engine running fine!! unlike a certain sum1 i no who has changed an engine then still having problems getting it thru the mot
