Saw that last week. They (well mine) aren't really that quick. I seam to be hitting the same speeds at the same point (maybe 1 or 2 mph quicker) in my Scoob to my Corsa. Not all that TBH.

Not really, but I can see why you've said it lol
I can accept that a Corsa with a whopping big power engine will beat a scooby, it goes without saying. They'll beat most things on the road. It just wasn't a proper race that's all. To overtake someone then say you owned them is just funny It's almost pathetic in a way. If you've got a bee in your bonnet and something to prove because you drive a corsa, then at least do it in a legitimate setting

How can you say they were not racing?
Its quite clear they are as the scooby overtakes the car in front as soon as they hit the straight, the corsa passes the scoob at high speed, if they wernt racing then he would have passed him at like 40mph not 100!
I think its a great vid personaly, nothings better than watching scoobs loose.

True it was more of a 'walk in the park' for the corsa 
If the scoob didnt want to race then he would have stayed back behind the car in front and the corsa would have overtaken 2 cars.
But no the scoob obv wanted to have a go and thought he could get away but under estimated LET power

Underestimated LET power? haha For one, he probably didn't expect it to have another cars engine under the bonnet. He will have looked behind and seen a corsa and thought nothing more of it...maybe not even expecting it to "race" him  I know I wouldn't. Just because he overtook someone, that isn't an initiation for the youtube race of the year

Oh, and there's no evidence it was even an STI. A big spoiler on the back means nothing. Could have been a UK 210bhp jobby, or even a sport with some bling on it.

it's quite obvious the scoob was planting it or the corsa would have over taken faster, it says phase 2 so maybe EDS chips possibly 260bhp?
