Went down to the Travel Agent today and the cockhead in there wasnt really of much help so i didnt stay in there long.
Me and the Misses want to go away next year may sometime maybe and were wondering if anyone could recommend a nice place to go, will have to stay in Europe due to funds, somewhere sunny and great things to do ie boat trips and half decent nightlife but nothing like Magaluf (been there done that) as its gonna just be us two.
One of my friends recommended Tenerife?

Yeah Corralejo is v.nice, went ther ein Nov 2001, was lovely weather, lovely resort etc

Costa Adeje in Tenerife is ace. Look on thomson website at the Guayamina Princess (speeling). Lovely hotel and Las americas is a 10 min taxi ride away if you want rowdy nightlife. IF not theres a few bars close by.

Kalamki in Zakynthos (Zante)
Good weather, nice restaurants and a couple of livelier bars. Laganas is 2 minutes down the road if you decide you do want the Magaluf style nightlife

iv been to tenerife a few times you get the boat trips etc which ar eok,
i really liked sharm el shiek (sp) i went april time which was hot so unsure what may is like, i stayed in tropicana garden palms and tbh they couldnt do enough to help.
back in 04 when i went it was approx 700 for the 2 weeks all inc unsure how much it is now if its gone up at all but highly recommend snorkling or diving, and the desert quad bikes....plenty of suncream mind haha
