Our next door neighbour rents out his house, and they have had a tennant in there which has caused no end of hassle and annoyance! Back in May he gave them an eviction notice and told them to move out, she basccally said Fuck Off and deciced to stay. Come September she is still in there and he has had to resort to getting a court order in getting her evicted  ..
Question is does anybody know how long these sort of things take, as we are trying to sell our place and the tennant never looks after her place and stinks like shit honestly.
People like these should be shot....honestly. Extreme but hey ho.

for sake of arguement couldn't you 'bung' a few quid when you have viewers and make sure she goes out/tidies up??

personally i think once they do get evicted they will come back to cause trouble anyway
