Situation - policy is being cancelled due to PayAsYouDrive insurance being stopped by Norwich Union on 28th Oct. I took the policy out in March 08. As a bit of compensation for ending early they are giving me an extra year's no claims bonus, so 4 years even though ive only been driving 3. This is making it impossible to get proper quotes online, as nowhere accepts this. Does this mean I am going to have to ring every insurer and explain the situation just to get a quote?
Or should I just accept my renewal from NU of £523 FC with courtesy car and legal costs. Personally id rather not pay that much, although cant see it coming down much more for 20M/20F on a 2.0DTi Astra

You need conformation of NCB on paper from NU then you can send the new insurers the form,

I will be truly pissed off if ive got to phone 10 different insurers cos of this, im trying to get through to NU again and get them to carry on letting me pay £22 a month till March, fuck the NCB, pigs might fly
