I recently brought this corsa to rebuild, after taking the engine out i found out the power cap has been rubbing on the brake lines, dont no if this was caused by warn engine mounts or if they should have been re-routed when the engine was put in?

brake lines should be re-located when xe's are fitted.. If its done propper matey.

when i fitted my power cap i had to cut a bit away and move the brake pipes down a bit.

Thought so im just glad i started to pull the car apart as soon as i bought it and didnt keep it on the road for a while first!

tbh i would sell the powercap and get a eco tec adaptor plate and pipe then you won't have to move the pipes
