Bought a bosch mass air flow unit from andrew page about 5 months ago for £160(!!) and i think it's basically knackered. I was told it had a year guarantee on it.

If i take it back to them with my receipt and box etc and say can you change me it as im pretty sure this is causing a problem with my car are they going to start asking questions why i think it's that and if i have a diagnostic test as proof etc etc. Or will they simply take it back and give me another one?

unlikley they will take it back.

what makes you think its faulty? (same question they would ask)

Only way i can say its that is because i took it to a garage and he said it most likely is that.

It has got a year warrenty on it though, so im assuming aslong as i have a ecu reading with that as the fault they would.
