some joker throught it would be a good idea to give my name and address as they had no train ticket on there travels. so through the post a letter saying i owe them money due to unpaid travel. i havent been on public services for a good 3 years 
anyone been in this situation, surley i dont have to pay as they carnt prove shit etc?

yeh its defo someone who knows me, my second names pretty hard to spell and pronounce. the letter dident say a date of the event or how much i owed them which was a little odd. we have phoned up the transport ppl and they said to appeal as it says on the letter. we tryed phoneing the letter ppl but its run by robots so no luck there.

we tryed to appeal today on there website, but could go no further when we were asked which platform,date of offence, and time we questioned. on the letter we had it dident mention nothing about the above.
