Would you not be better listing your own, not ones that other people randomly think of?

tbh, and this isn't being horrible (well, it is) but if you can't think of your own personal statement, I'm not sure you should be going to Uni

TBH it can be difficult to write a personal statement without comng across as an arrogant twat. You have to get the balance of qualities and "big-headedness" right.
I don't think a personal statement should be too long either; 5/6 lines is more than enough and don't use too many cliches

TBH, and this is being realistic, unless it's some fancy uni or a a coure with 10 spaces, they won't even look at it.

say some shit about being a team player but enjoys working alone, then some other cliche shit then say in your spare time you like socialising and going to the gym
this is what 60% of CV's have at the end

just normal shit, if you said that you like to dress up as WoW characters and advanced into woods at the weekend then they may reconsider their decision to hire you.

I've put that I was the captain of my football team on about 30 different applications
"I was captain of my football team, so I have excellent leadership qualities, and also know how to work well under pressure" etc etc yada yada
