Dunno.

It's an acquisition rather than a merger TBH so Lloyds TSB could request that HBOS rebrand.

They won't be going under There's been talks that the share price fall was due to shady goins on, so folk can buy cheap shares and sell them when the price rises.

Indeed, however this time i am correct, they wouldnt entertain the idea of a 'merger' if they weren t in massive massive trouble, a run on them wasnt far away this morning before this news broke
