Any tips?

I could go out and get a contract for myself tomorrow but i'm interested in expanding this into running a company that actually supplies consultants to various clients.

I already have some good contacts.

Dunno why i'm asking on here TBH but there's not much about it on t'internet

A software consultancy specialising in the finance sector

I was thinking about looking into taking on grads and sending them out and charging a fortune like Accenture do but they might do a crap job

My degree means I can talk both languages, business and IT. So I can find out their needs and relate that to the IT world if that makes sense.

But I cant code for shit.

If I could get to the stage where Accenture are by taking on grads at a generous £35k a year but actually contracting them out at over £1k a day.......I would be laughing.
