Been thinking recently that the popularity of a corsa B as a young persons car/modded cars seems to be going down. Noticed it locally and at trax etc there seemed to be a fair few less.

Think its got to the stage where corsa C's and other newer cars have now become affordable to the market that the corsa B was filling.

Though I agree with Ryan.

Corsa B's are nicer cars decked with some alloys than Corsa C's in my opinion.

Yeah I would never buy a C personally, if I had the choice it would be a B for me every time.

so are novas but everybody seems to think they are 'cool' (including me)

new cars look shit imo, give me a fiesta rs than a new focus anyday.

same with all cars though, nova (corsa a) was best looks wise, corsa d looks poo IMO.

maybe it's to do with the fact c's are newer therefore mor elikely to be more reliable.

newer engines = easier to get parts for them usually.

In fairness the only Corsa C i fancy is the SRI CDTi 1.7 But due to its sec is pricey for what im willing to pay atm so im happy enough with my B and doing it up atm as i wouldn't want to touch a corsa C like i am with my B yet lol

Yer I knew the reasoning behind it, was just saying what I thought I had noticed. I think all car shapes are growers. Didnt like C's at all now I quite like them. Think D's will go that way with me too.

Not quite yet but I think in a few years time they will be in that position where the majority of the ones on the road are owned by enthusiasts etc and are

The Nova is now having a resurgence and becoming a bit more of a cult car but you look back 7/8 years and people hated them/thought they were "chav" cars

The 'b' is going down the same route of getting a bad reputation because of the people who drive them, give it 10 years and they'll be like the Nova

been planning on getting the 1.8 sri C next year or possibly a astra h sri 1.9 cdti or 1.8 petrol but i still love B's apart from mine been 1.2 8 v which is painfully slow at times but dunno really what to do tbh.

if a immaculate 1.6 sport came up for sale with low mileage i would be tempted to buy it.

ive test driven the corsa c and d and to be honest for pure fun i still love my little corsa b, granted i hardly ever go anywhere in it buit its just the fact that ican repair things easier on it when they go wrong, plus you can always find one in the scrap yards for parts

B all the way for me
