Tried BP and shell and they both sell the larger ones I'm stuck on ideas of where is even open....that or at 7 in the morning...but tesco doesnt open till 8

Motorway services.

Or use one of the spares in the fusebox, or one of the ones which is plugged in but is ther for something you're not going to need, like your front fogs/rear screen/aircon/bootlight if it's the right amperage.
