looking at getting a hobby and my brother wants to get into wind surfing

any 1 do it and is it any good

I'm a sailing and windsurfing instructor - trying to teach myself to kite surf in October

look for your local watersports centre for help; lessons will be from around £20 per hour and its not something you'll get immediately.

The most difficult thing you have to get used to is the wind and its effects upon the board/sail. Its not simple to get your head round, let alone put into practice.

Its also worth finding a place with an on-shore simulator to get used to the balance before going into the water
