well my had broken down.. the engine idles but theres no response when pressing the throttle.. had to idle it home.. about 15 miles..
i dont know what the problem is but my friend suggested that it might have been the throttle cable... or more seriously the cloth that was attachted onto the induction kit suction has gone missing... which can only lead to one thing.. inside the engine!
thing is would the engine still run with the cloth being inside the engine? i cant beleive it am devasted..
After a lot of people claiming it'll be his coil pack and not the cloth that he's stated has went missing....

What an idiot

It is full of fools, I only registered to see what cars were for sale and to sell some bits, just happened to check today.
It's a guy with a 1.2 and a microfibre cloth as his air filter, which is now inside his engine.

Best explanation atm is that its caught in the throttle body, i'll keep my eye on it and inform of any updates.

Do they KNOW what an airfilter does???? Filters the air suprisingly..
I mean, those crappy Max Power type airfilters let in something like 40% of the dust. Top spec jap ones let in about 2-5% dust...
Thats letting in about 80-90% dust.
CLeeeeeeeevvvvvvvvveeeeeerrrrrrrrrrr
I know we all need to start somewhere, but when your starting, from the back of the grid, backwards, upside down, and back to front, your on a loosing streak with cars.
Please tell him to give up cars now before it financially ruins him

he's probably removed it.
Yeh I reckon it's probably wrapped around the TB butterfly valve, not allowing it to open. hence the lack of throttle.

That's not a bad thing at least it's running but I wouldn't be starting that up again until it's retrieved. I'd hate to see what happens if it moves further into the works
