Im 18 been driving 1 year and 6 months!

Currently have a 1.6 corsa sport which i am insured for £980 a year!
On my dads policy with 10 yrs NCB!

Im Looking for a new car, but dont have much to spend, probs most about £2,000! Dont mind payin a bit more for insurance than i am now, but no more than £1,900.

Looking for something that is quite a bit quicker than my corsa, not really too fussed about looks atm.

Any suggestions of reasonable cars that have a bit of power but arent going to kill me on insurance??

cheers

For your budget mate the saxo vts will be an early mk1 model and the 106 tends to hold there money well so it'll be a dog for £1.9k
