i have just got myself a aftermarket rear bumper,

any one know how many times i should prime it, undercoat it and laquer it?

Depends what condition it's in. Is it in primer at the moment?

nah, well originally it was red, but the peron i bought it off of sprayed it black, but not very well so almost finsihed sanding it down
