There is quite a few classes, he competed in GP2, 2 rounds at Donnington were support races for Motogp ;
THUNDERSPORT GP 2 (GP250 – 600-4T)
"Predominantly a class for 250cc Grand Prix machines, this class also has scope for engineers who favour real racing machines to retro-fit 4-stroke technology into a Grand Prix chassis to create a prototype racer in the true spirit of GP racing. As the 4-stroke machines develop, it should press the 2-strokes into new development and thus create even greater competition and variety.
Machines with a maximum of two cylinders of up to 250cc two-stroke or 600cc four-stroke capacity twin, plus single cylinder machines up to a maximum of 690cc. Minimum weight of the machine without fuel to be no less than 88kg at post race technical control. Any tyre slick or treaded may be used. No Production Machines (Special Builds excepted). Two stroke machines may use leaded or unleaded fuel, four strokes must use unleaded only."
Not sure what he will do Tom, Its all money/sponsorship dependent.

Well done Mark, saw him at mallory last round he cleared off. My dad rides a 250 and 125 he did mallory and hopes to do donnington but hasnt done full championship. I was stood next to Chris Walker watching qualifying, my dad said he is good mates with Mark. I'm hoping to start racing next year, probably on a 400 because im a bit tall for a 125/250. Good luck to him for next year, and rest of championship

Nice one, is he going to do a few more rounds next year?
Yeah they are good friends, quite a few bits in his book about my brother, mainly where he put his self in intensive care when they were out motocrossing together.
