Personally I dont understand this Phenomenon at alll... You see a prefectly nicely dressed lass in the dancing, then she is wearing wanky knee high socks ? Even school kids are wearing them!? Who is to blame ?

The thing at the moment is nu rave which involves neon clothing. Even ive got a neon coloured tutu that i wore to a photo shoot but i havent worn it out. Unless im going out in fancy dress then i wouldnt wear it.
As for the sock thing it has been around for ages. Even when i was at school everyone had knee high socks. Mostly people wear them under trousers to keep them warm or something. i dont know.
Oh and the leggings look is good. Would you rather see a fat arse hanging out or kept in by leggings. Id opt for the leggings

Taller girls do it usually to break up their body (so my ex told me anyways as she often wears them and shes 5ft 10)

I sometimes wear leggings, ususally If i think my dress if verging on too short.
This knee high thing has taken a boom as with the nu rave thing. horrible.
