my advice is go for a b12 kit b 10 is just the basic kit...the B12 is the tuner kit...with the big ass pistons on the front shocks!
like these:

bilstein coilover kits are the B14's, but they are marginally expensive. the B12 kit is spot on...and i seriously recommend it.

How much dose the b12 kit lower the car buy? And would you rekomend thease over the GAZ GHA Kit, Height and Damping Adjustment.Which one would you buy for best handling?

well...depends. i've been in a corsa on coilovers and in one on the B12 kit(which is 40mm). The one wit the bilsteins was more composed, more controlled and more comfortable through bends.
I've put the B8's on my new car, which are shortened versions of the B12 (mine's lowered 50mm - and the above pic is a B8). That kit retails at £400. In my opinion, yes, better than coilovers...but then it depends what you want it for?
These are more practical and with a decent spring set, i would say are the better option!

Bilsteins. Dont' scrimp on springs and you've got an excellent suspension set up.
