He gets a call from this number 08450554454 twice a week, I've just put it in to Google and it brought up quite a few results. All said Kitchens Direct! Clicked a few more and theres forums with people saying they keep calling them,
"hang up before you get there. Then some people call back...Costing you money and earning them"

if someone rings me from a number i dont recognise, i dont answer. Its usually someone selling you stuff or you bank/credit card company wanting money

This business is run by some dodgy fella - forget his surname, but his first name is Vance iirc..Liquidates all the time and re-opens under another name. Been investigated plenty and served time for various fraud offences iirc.

Really dodgy outfit, My Missus's Mam got them out to for a new Kitchen for which they gave her a decent price. She then paid her deposit only for them to come back they day before starting to say they had made a mistake and that the want an extra £3K. Obviously she told them where to go but now they are ignoring her requests to have her deposit repaid
