i weighed myself yesterday morning i was just under 9st and i did it again this morning and i was 8.5st and then just tried again and im 9st
is it normal for peoples weight to change so dramatically over the course of the day?

yeah id depends how much water is in your body, ie if your hydrated enough or not and what youve eaten.
