How do you rate these? Does anyone on here own one? Pro's and Cons? I know there £35 a year road tax which is .. Im thinking about gettin one on finance when i get another years no claims. Cheap to run/tax/insure and reasonable quick/tunable and look great!

I also want one of these when I graduate and can afford another car etc blaa blaa.

Pre-facelifts are coming down in price, however expect to pay between £7k and £8k for a decent facelift. The facelift is much nicer looking imho, has half leather seats as standard and could come with options such as bluetooth etc.

Performance, in reality, is going to be between a 1.3CDTi and 1.7CDTi Corsa. Perfect compromise between the 2 in terms of speed, tax and insurance.

What are they performance wise standard and mapped?

Im still considering whether to put money into my astra or sell up and buy a newer car, or save and get my own, let the misses keep the astra

insurance.

not all facelifts have half leather seats as standard deano. the only reason some facelifts had them is because the supplier ran out of material used for the standard seats so ford had to ship in half leather ones to meet schedules etc.

my 07 fiesta had them but a mates 08 fiesta doesn't.

wait a couple more months and you'll pick them up quite cheap as the new model is out then which will be more desirable.
