Any ideas what sort of price my old dear is looking at, her boyfriend seems to have diagnosed it from the noise it's a 53 plate 1.4 16v if that's any help. Just after a rough idea of cost with labour?

Cheers

All roughly:
Cambelt kit £80
Auxbelt £20
Water pump £40
Coolant £15
Camshaft rubber plugs (gearbox end) £15

maybe 3 hrs work.

Cheers Do you need the cambelt changing as a matter of course when doing a water pump?

get it changed again then no harm in doing so, reason that i ask is because there is about the same amount of room to do a cam belt on a 182 as there is on a 1.4, its like front bumper off job and the air con stuff is in the way right ball ache
