Your best bet is probably going to a high street insurance broker and they might be able to sort you out.

Do you have house insurance?

My garage and its contents is covered under the house insurance so my car which has been off the road is covered.

Remove the ECU, Steering wheel, alloys etc. No point insuring it really if its going to be stuck in a garage. Unless you have concern over fire/building stability.

Ive got a car in my parents garage, its not had insurance for about 2yrs!!
