interview advice. first panel interview ive had, do i shake everyones hand, or just person who opens door to let me in, sit straight down or wait to be asked, etc etc

Ok.
You should be introduced to the people on the panel, so this is the time to shake hands. Don't rush in, politician-style-gladhanding everyone as it just looks fake.
They'll usually follow the introductions by inviting you to sit. So wait for it. Even if they just gesture to the chair.
Sit up, don't slouch or fidget, make eye contact when speaking but don't stare, make sure people are paying attention by engaging them in this way. Judge the situation, sometimes a little humour will be appropriate, and it helps to soften the atmosphere. Don't forget it's a public relations role so it's a good opportunity to show how good you can be with strangers.
Don't be racist. Until you get the job.
Don't talk over people. Let them finish what they're saying, and either build on their viewpoints or if it's a question, take a moment to consider your answer.
