Well as the title says, i took the Ibiza to the Pod on Saturday to see what it's capable of in standard form. And it didn't do too bad really.

My best was a 15.2 @89mph. So pretty similar to XE Corsa's. But i think it will go quicker with more practice. Not sure what other Cupra's have done?

Feels very flat between 2nd and 3rd gear though There's about half a second of nothing, then the power comes back. Really annoying.

Here's a couple of Pics and a vid of me racing Carl (DXB335d off here)

The only run i video'd and it was my worst one got loads of wheelspin, backed off, lost the revs. But it was my 3rd run in the Ibiza so i was still learning.

I ran a 15.2 @ 92mph, so the times good, but the terminal needs a little more. Sure a remap would bung that well into the high 14's and mid 90's terminal speed

Pretty sure they're renowned for a flat spot between 2nd and 3rd. Decent time.

Superlite...In standard form?

The BMW did a 13.3 against the VXR8 which did a 13.6.Not bad for a derv. Although later on in the day the VXR8 got a 13.27.

VXR.. Yeah i thought the terminal speed was a little down, when compared to my 14.9 in my Corsa which was 93mph.

Hamish- Yeah i saw them all, i was parked right next to them beside the stip at one point!

Thee 335 is very quick, not very good from standing starts but amazing on a rolling start from about 30-40mph.

I wanna do stuff to it now but i'm too tight to spend money on it
