Thought I'd give a quick summary fo the w/e... was quality overall, got there in OK time but ended up in awful ca park miels from campsites

GOt tent set up, had a look around and got pissed and went on some rides etc, bought some funky hats and sunnies... weather was all good

Saturday was overcast most of the day until KoL then bucketed down during Verve GOt soaked!

Saw Girls Aloud (awesome), The Feeling (bizarre), Lenny Kravitz (boring tbh ), Amy Winehouse (simply awful, words cannot describe how bad she was), KoL (OMG... thats all I can say ), The Verve (short set, weather maybe to blame but still very very good)

Sunday was OK, dry and sunny for large parts, bit wet for Stereophonics and Muse

Saw Alanis Morrisette (quality but so weird lol), Duffy (really good actually!), The Kooks (good sing-along altho he does silly hings when singing live), Sterophoncis (amazing!) and Muse (out of this world!)

Soing of the w/e for me was Black Thumbnail by KoL... was the firts massive upbeat sogn they played and we wer eup close and I was just going mental Left the ex with 2 lasses behind me and danced like a loon with random blokes

Good weekend Up at 6am this mornign and got out just as it started pissing down!

Winehouse looks ominously like she's about to head for an early grave tbh, serious waste.

She's became a freak show rather than a talented singer.

oh aye, couple of 'spotteds'

Peter Kay on stage during Girls Aloud, Sasha and Sonny from Hollyoaks in our campsite and one fo the twins from last years Big brother lol

And also, The Script came on stage to do a few songs before Kooks after they were confimred as album #1

Also misse dout Lost Prophets... not my kind of thing bt they were good and lead singer is very funny

Missed Futureheads due to making a trip to the car

From what I have seen on TV. KoL seemed pretty solid as with every live performance I have seen of theirs, The Kooks seemed good, maybe festival is a bit too big though as the crowd looked a bit flat compared to when I saw them at a small gig, Winehouse was awful, dancing like a spaz, singing was way off key. She is great live, she just needs to sort her personal life out.

Also I can't believe you actually stood and watched the feeling, what a shit excuse of a 'band'

The ex wanted to see them They were OK, got the crowd goign etc but thye are hardly a proper band eh! I said this to her and wa spromptly told off for being a tosser

Kooks seemed fine at Stafford had the crowd goign really well where we were altho Luke doesntr help as he sings really weird parts!

KoL setlist

'Crawl'
'Black Thumbnail'
'Taper Jean Girl'
'My Party'
'Razz'
'Molly's Chambers'
'Sex On Fire'
'King Of The Rodeo'
'Fans'
'Milk'
'Four Kicks'
'California Waiting'
'The Bucket'
'On Call'
'Knocked Up'
'Slow Night, So Long'
'Charmer'

Black Thumbnail and Razz were weirdly 2 of the best for dancing around too
