One of my mates had his tuned by Jamsport.

He has:

Cosworth Inlet
Cosworth Cams
Milltek Sports Cat and Cat Back system
Dreamscience custom remap
not sure if he has an exhaust manifold, but he got 201.2 bhp or something on their rolling road, but asked them to retune it and got around 199 bhp, but much better driveability from it.

190-200bhp is perfect for an st fiesta..

more and it would ruin the handling and you dont want to do that on an st fiesta as there awsome..

The Duratec engine is far better than the Focus RS one.

I totally disagree, they're more than capable of coping with more power than 200bhp.

No, but the 2.3 isn't always the best option, it will not rev as well as the 2 litre.
