Anyone else a fan?

I've been a fan for ages since the first album came out. Listened to all 3 albums yesterday and listening again today whilst at work! Can't wait for the 4th!

Oh and I met Mike Skinner and played table footy with him! (in the bar hours before a gig!) He's a top bloke and down to earth!

Anyone who aint really a fan, listen to the album 'A grand don't come for free' - recomend listening to this from the begiining all the way through to the end! Fantastic!

I think the third album is a bit gay. It's just him moaning about being rich and famous...

The other two are good. I like the stories he tells in this songs

Ham-man, you'd definatekly enjoy the structure of A Grand Don't Come For Free

3rd album is OK but a bit crap, although Never Went To Church is quite heartfelt

tbh I'd rate the 2nd album as the best, then 1st album and then 3rd.

New song- The escapist is great. Took me a couple of listens and I like the video too. Its him walking to the south of france from th UK

A grand don't come for free is like a story through the entire album imo.

Love the streets and do agree about the 3rd album, altho 'Hardest way to make an easy living' is a tune.

1st album is amazing, at the time very different and fresh.

2nd was a let down and gimmicky IMO. Plenty of bands have done concept albums with a story. That said some stand out tracks and always worth a listen, 2nd albums are always difficult

Didnt get into the 3rd at all didnt even buy it

As he said.

I have been listening to Original pirate material for the last couple of days and I personally think it is the best so far.
