When you first passed your driving test what's the first thing you did?
I passed my last year and was just thinking about it, when i got home after passing, i nagged my mum to change the ins' (as i was already ins' as prov') and then i went straight out, picked loads of mates up and just drove about  , i wasn't the slightest nervous, felt natural tbh!
Just wondering what you guys did and how you felt to start with??

Went home, rung the insurance ecompany and then drove myself to wor with a cigarette in hand and tunes on.

Basicly the same but i practicly lived in the car lol sleept in it eated in it it was my dads 54 plate mondeo 130bhp just used to drive round looking for muckis lol and always at mcds

Went and collected my mates and drove from the midlands to Chelsea cruise, then onto Southend. Hitting 100 on the M25 3-up in my 1.2 Brown nova.

when i passed i said to my instrutor to get me back home asap..
got back nagged my mum to sort insurance, once that was sorted jump in my escort, fille up the tank, picked up my mate (only 2 seats) then just crusing about "chavvin it" lol..
my first car..
totally stripped out with a 1.6 cvh

i got the bus home from the test as my instructor wouldnt drive me home, i then got home, changed the insurence and decided it was a good idea to go and have my 1st try at the motor way, so did a couple of junctions of the m1

Yeah, same as everyone else, nagged mum, picked up 2 mates, drove to halfords to get something as they were fighting a stereo at the time Then went to work

i got in ... told my mam i passed ... she took out a credit card with a £5000 limit so i could get the car on the road ... got it insured 3 days after i passed ... just gettin it out the garage today 5ish (i passed the 1st august), now im gettin ready to collect it and straight to the post office for tax then im going cruising down the sea front alle chav stylee =P
