Had what I can only describe as like "cramp" in your balls? I get it now and then, especially if i wear tight pants, its like the ball tangles itself up in the veins/tubes etc whatever is in the sack, then it feels like a big lump with your ball, I have to fiddle with the ball and like "spin" or move it in the sack to untangle it.
I only really get it if my balls are tight or i'm wearing tight pants, it fucking hurts though! I remember the first i time i had it when i was like 17 (im 23 now) i thought i had testicular cancer because it was a fuck off huge lump in my sack with my ball, i had to run into my gf and get her to feel. After fiddling like a mad man it sorted itself out luckily..
Have any of you ever had it? (you may think this is a weird thread, but i'd rather ask here in a forum dominated by males, than search google for "twisted testicles" whilst i'm at work!

i think i've had a similar pain but i didn't have to play with myself to sort it out. it just went away after a second or so.

See thats another weird thing, sometimes my mate loses his "up inside" his like groin area, he has to push on his lower abs/groin to pop it out again, its weird he said it doesn't hurt.
I think mine would sort out after a while, but i read once that if you leave it ages it can cut the circulation off to it and the ball could drop off, so i try to sort it as soon as possible once i feel it.
It's hard to explain what its like

im planning on going soon anyway os i'll ask him, going so i can find out if i have piles or not.
Lifting heavy weights is not good for your arsehole.

I was playing footy once and a guy on the other team had loose boxers on. He went in for a tackle, his boxers got caught around the other guys studs and somehow got his bollocks all twisted up. Had to go the hospital

To add to this "footBALL gone bad" discussion.
Last season at sunday league our usual goal keeper was on holiday so another lad went in net.
One of the strikers from the other team got one on one with him so he dived to the floor and got the ball etc. Only problem was the striker slid in and caught him in the nuts.
Next thing the keeper has a red patch on his white shorts and goes off holding himself. Needed a urethra (sp?) operation iirc and had a tube and the works.
I cringed so much seeing the blood was minging

I was caught a goalie full smack in the balls, was one on one and he came flying out. Thought Id get there first and swung at it only for him to sweep it away and take the full force between his legs
Never heard a guy scream so much in my whole life!
