thats because the on the first note you only strum once then its hammer on and off for the next 150 notes which means ya dont have to strum hence why that kid is guitar hero world champion

Kurt, you can hammer on on gh3, its how you complete dragonforce on hard and expert, as well as all the hard songs.

Do the tutorial and learn before you start saying you cant do it
