I got some baby clothes off ebay and got this email off the person selling them
hi apologies but on e bays advice ive returned payment as im in the process of moving house,hence the sale and would not have been able to post item or contact you until after 12th august,id still like to complete the sale but if youd not had items or not heard from me in that timescale i guess you would not have been happy so e bay warned me to complete sale but to contact you regarding delay

they cant be posted as there in a removal van that delivers sunday/mon 10th 11th august
bit cheeky to expect them to be sent before youve paid
so i told him i dont want the stuff
then he sent this
these will be able to be posted from 12th august as stated

but my question is
whats does GWT mean?
and should i leave him back feedback?

I still don't understand why he called you cheeky? He said you were expecting the stuff before paying? Why were you?
