The tent thread has reminded me to post this question. basically i'm off to a festival in afew weeks time, and i don't want to have to take a dump for nearly a week, as the toilets are disgusting and barely worth thinking about. what foods are going to help me achieve this?

the tactic i used was get in porta loo, use handles provided, hover, poo, wipe flush get out. Never really worried about having a poo tbh.

That said having the shits there might nopt be very nice
