Had a racing incident a couple of months back which resulted in two of my alloys getting a bit scratched up- its nothing major so I was thinking about getting the damage repaired and the wheels resprayed in a darker finish.

Now im thinking I might just go the whole way and change the alloys over. Havnt really got a clue what to go for- bit out of touch with whats around.

Any thought on styles or colours which would look good. Almost certainly want to stay with 17" and I dont want any thing too heavy. Other tha that Im open to any suggestions.

That car is sweeeet. Much nice than the Corsa VXR.

Whats it like to drive, live with?

But my opinion would be to keep the standard wheels & refurb them, then lower it a bit.

Something that doesn't look too aftermarket, if you must change them. Personally I think it looks great as it is.

Wont u have to keep them to a 17" minimum anyway to clear the brakes??

P.S 17" Mo's in the same colour as the originals would get my vote

Would love it lower mate but Im scared to death to touch the suspension- it is absolutely perfect as it is and the ride quality is great as an everyday drive.

If I do anything it will be the HR coilovers as they are the only thing people are finding which improves the suspension from standard but the ride gets much harder and im not really up for that --- since those pictures were taken (after about 800 miles) the suspension has bedded in and the car is now sitting a good bit lower
