I must have 15 - 20 mugs of tea a day. There's a guy at my work who drinks the same but in coffee.

Pint of water in the morning, around 5 litres of water at work, 2 litres of water at the gym, couple of pints of sugar free squash at home. If i'm on the doors i'll have 4-5 bottles of water between 10pm - 5am too.

on a daily basis i have about 3 or 4 litres of water, maybe 1 or 2 coffees a week with the odd can of coke here or there through the month. i find plenty of water keps me more awake and refreshed than coffee without the drawback of a caffeine crash!
