How much is drinking to much milk? I drink around 3-4pints of milk a day, sometimes more if im thirsty

Is it bad or harmful at all?

Just curious because my boss says it can be

Around 3-4 pints a day is known to kill people, so aslong as you havent been drinking that much then you'll be fine.

Milks shit, doesn't agree with a lot of people, I was drinking it up to the age of about 19 then stopped when i realised thats why I constantly had phlegm in the mornings and chest infections every so often.

I knew it was fatty, even though i drink semi skinned. Dont really have greasy skin, apart from the odd teenage spot.

Its taste really nice imo. Always had a craving for it tbh. I know it doesnt quench thirst but its good

yeah but 3 - 4 pints is excessive and will make them brittle, i dont know if its true its just what a mates doctor said to him as he drink it way too much, when he broke his finger it took 3 months to heal as the bones were so brittle.

if you have too many dairy products then you will end up coughing up phlegm and it's fecking disgusting.

i get it all the time because i like yoghurts/cheese/butter and milk and if i cough into a sink it just comes out all yelowy, like a fucked up bogey
