By hand, good clean and then a polish and a wax and they are looking good. For the bit you cant get your hand to (engine side) use a power washer on low, start the stream off over the wing and bring it down, this reduces splash back into the cabin

James and you expect me to get my hands in there how exactly?
The Ibiza's gap is closer than Neos at the engine end
My pressure washer is a simpleton, just one, high power setting .
Might have to do some washing gear modifying!

Like i said dave, power washer at a steep angle and have it on before you touch the car as otherwise it'll splash back everywhere

de greaser in a can and a tooth brush for the greasy part and then a rub down with quick detailer on the paint parts to make em shiny
you can then use metal polish on the door clips
