i put in a claim to get my money back but i received a u2u to say that the person was sorry blah blah and i would get what i bought asap. i still have nothing 2 weeks on and now he wont respond to my u2u's. now i closed my claim after he told me it would be out soon but now the guys just being a sheer c*nt so i want my money back but when i try and submit the claim it says that theres already one outstanding.

clicking on the details shows that the claim is closed. does this mean i cant make another?

Log into paypal and see if you can open it then or make another. Never close a claim until you have your item.
