No I don't have a Buy It Now. If I had one there would be a big button with 'Buy It Now' on.
Yes I will take offers, that's the magic of an auction, you offer what you want to pay and the person who wants it the most buys it.

I dont see the problem.
Either ignore the question or give them an answer and see what happens, then if all goes well accept their offer and save on ebay fees

i sometimes ask people 'how much will you take to end the auction early for me?'
that way, i don't need to wait about and possibly forget about it.

annoys me too Ian. People who do that are usualy rude as well. Its annoying as you have to take time to read the pointless question, then reply to said pointless question.
I had it worst when i got an xbox premium when they 1st came out to sell on ebay to earm me a few quid. Had people telling me i wouldnt get more than £300 and i would be mad to not accept their offer etc. Some being very rude... Sold it for £450 in the end. So its just chumps chancing it. Plus if you deal outside ebay you arent covered.
Annoying tbh

Its nearly always tossers as already said, like the guy offering me 50 delivered 1 day into my auction for my Meguiars G220.

Some cock has just asked if I accept offers. It's a goddamn auction you dumbass, bid your offer.
When I said I'll take offers, he then asked when he can pick it up, so I've told him after 6pm Thursday when the auction ends and he wins with his offer that beats the other ones.
216 watchers and 54 questions, hence why I can't just ignore them. I need to read every single question to weed out the stupid ones.
He's just mailed again asking if I'll do buy it now.

Exactly what i was thinking. Say yes and stick £100 or something on top of what your reserve is.

There's no reserve. I started it at 99p and sat back.

Then just think of a ridiculously high amount and tell them that

That's what I'd do anyway
"Q - Will you do buy it now for your VHS of 'Noddy and big ears go to toytown?"
"A - Yes, £73 plus £14.86 p&p"
Then he'll either pay, or bid like a normal person.
