I'm lucky, all the time I spent in the tropics conditioned me to heat, I barely notice it anymore.

Sleep in the bath, or have a cold shower, then get into bed.

I sleep under a double duvet cover without a duvet inside, and have a ceiling mounted fan. But if that doesnt do the trick, my little 10" fan does

I soak my duvet in cold water in the bath, ring it through and it will be nice and cool.

Tbh, spending 2.5 hours in a car that has been chilled to 18 degrees hasn't really helped my sence of temperature today

Also, bed sheet in a bag in the freezer 30 mins before bed. Then take it out, stick it on and ahhh cooool sheet

We live in Britain ffs

I go to sleep as normal and don't pretend i live in a tropical climate where being too warm is a problem.
