It happens all the time, not as much as Ice Hockey though.
Coco Crisp used to do quite a bit of boxing in his youth, you can tell by his first dodge..

Yeah, but as an example when you're playing a sport where stuff like this is involved it's clear to see how things might get a bit out of hand. Nothing to do with being immature

There are more rules in Baseball then any other sport. I've only learnt about 5% of the rules and tactics and i've been closely following it for 3 years now.

Passion for the game robin,
I used to play football alot, and if you feel your not playing to full potential or a team member isnt giving it his all, its frustrating.
But it tops it off when an unfair challenge from the opposition is made, or taunts etc.. IMO
you get so into the game and don't want to lose that you lose your cool

It wasnt 'aimed' at anyone The bloke who presents baseball on Five has been doing so for about 10 years and he's learning new things everyday.

There normally isn't time to take it off, you know about it when you hit one though
Still hurts a bit when you get hit wearing helmet, hurts maybe not the right word but when you wanna knock the other fella down it's the best plan of attack

Agreed. I've spent a while at work learning about scorecards etc just the sheer amount of abbreviations is enough to drive you insane.

But you're right about the Abbreviations, there are soooo many! I know most of them from day day ball games but the weight of the statistics they fire at you as well is just incredible!
