When stiggy was driving that blue German thing on the timed lap. Camera by his side, car went round a corner and the sun was on his face. You could see through the visor

For those with sky plus, pause and have a look






...looked an awful lot like Jason Plato to me lol

apparently, Damon Hill was spotted by electricians working on a stable near to the studios entering a porta cabin and the stig coming out...

but there's also the "more than 1 stig rumour"

Do you honestly think Jason Plato's agent would allow him to work on two rival TV shows?

That'd be like someone working for Eastenders and Coronation Street at the same time

To be fair its unsurprising the stig would be quicker than anyone else around the Top Gear track, as he's been around a million times and knows it like the back of his hand.

For example, Sabine is probably quicker around Nurburg than the Stig is. But the Stig would be quicker around Top Gear track than Sabine.
