As above really. I know of familyguyx.net and allsp.com.

Is there anywhere else to watch things like American Dad, 8 out of 10 cats, Futurama etc..

8 out of 10 you can probably see on channel 4 on demand...

A lot of the main channels now have loads of previous episodes and series to watch.
