well its week 3 and im getting better at not craving booze and junk food

no change in weight... but my jeans are getting looser so no worries there.
have been going crazy down the gym this week. did 46km on monday, 41km tuesday.. rest on wednesday.. then 24km plus deadlifts and squats with a little work out on my arms..

will be going tonight but just for chest and back

am very pleased with myself. its only been 3 weeks out of the 12 but its going very well now.

The goal of 17stone is pretty possible but im not holding my breath lol.. think 17st 7" is more likely

is that a measure of weight or length?
