Piperdam is nice.... what i saw of it anyway....
The hotel looked nice, the function suite we were in was nice.... like a huge log cabin
The houses round it are fucking amazing
Dundee is ok, nothing special..... you can go see those old boats (discovery and the unicorn or whatever if its still there)

Is it worth a mon-fri trip there? Can you get to some decent attractions each day?

Piperdam is nice, yes. Point to bare in mind, there was a recent outbreak of Legionella in several of their lodges water supplies months ago. Of course this is completely clear now but should give you reasonable haggling rights over prices etc.
As far as Dundee is concerned, theres not too much to do really (beyond a day or two) though there are lots of things to do/places to visit in the wider area. Worth a visit to St. Andrews for example which is about 10 mins away. As well as relative proximity to Edinburgh, Perth, Stirling etc.

I have been to Edinburgh and done all the touristy stuff there but could always pop back for a day as it is a cool city.
So it sounds like there is plenty to do up that end of the woods for a few days?
Legionella dosn't sound like fun though Im wondering how I would go about bargaining because of that though? Just say
"Can you do anything on the price due to the recent bad press?"
