Its pretty cool - all the usual stuff plus quite a few designer shops etc too. The footballers and WAGs seem to love it. Manchester is the most up and coming cosmopolitan city in the country right now. Its the place to be
And then theres always the Trafford Centre too.

Not yet.
I dont know what I'll be doing with it yet. I want to live there but it has no parking and I'd have to drive 45mins+ a day for work, and thats before I start visiting the different shops (although would be closer to Chester).
I think I'll probably end up selling it sometime this year and either find a house around here or move into somewhere bigger and better in Manc with parking.

45 mins ish aint too bad mate. although the parking thing is a bit crap. thats what you get living where you do tho. its more for inner city workers tbh.

I know, and it was perfect when at Uni as I didnt need a car as I could walk to it everyday - I wasnt paying the extra £20k it was for a parking space though
As much as I love living in the City I dont love it enough to drive that far everyday when I could easily buy a house much closer. If I can figure it where I only need to drive into the offices maybe twice a week I may well stay in the centre.
