Anyone know of any contract like documents already written online etc

Just wanting something for when my car is collected,

N607 *** has been sold to __________ by ________ for £x,xxx

The vehicle is sold as seen

Signed by me
Signed by new owner

That type of thing but bit more professional if there is such a thing?

Not sure about anything already written, but I made something similar to that what you've produced when I sold my car.

when i bought a volvo 360 that was advertised with tax+test etc, they did an invoice saying it was sold for scrap value only.

Do that if you want no come backs.

No, but if something happens x amount of months down the line, I don't want him coming back to me and saying well its my problem etc.

Dan I did pretty much exactly what you have written above when I sold mine and put on that any motoring offences from this date are by the new owner... just incase

Then he kept a copy and I did too until the confirmation of change of ownership came through

Good point about the motoring convictions, he might get a little lead footed on way home
