Update:

So as you may know, I made a visit up to Bailey Performance in Shropshire today. What started off bad just went from bad to worse. Here goes the essay:

Firstly the car was too low to get on the rollers. OK, jack it up and wind the coilovers up. Did that, still too low. So we got a couple of Astravan wheels with chunky tyres and wacked them on and that gave us just enough clearance.

Lookin good:

Next issue was as I was winding coilovers up, I noticed a great big split in the CV boot that'd spat grease everywhere. It was sure to die after a few runs on the dyno as the mechanic on site Martin got a new boot in and wacked it on the ramp and sorted it. Cost me £20 but he did it in half hour. It would take me hours on my drive.

Next problem, we couldnt release the lambda. Dale insisted on plugging it in the properly as a tailpipe jobby wasn't accurate enough. So he kindly drilled and welded in a thread to take the new lambda:

Next issue, went to put in the new plugs and 2 of the lead clips had come off so we had to reclip them on. Fok doing them all, so we left the new plugs out for the meantime.

OK so finally onto the rollers! The readings were all over the shop. The fuel was far too lean so we notched it up and it was still lean. After adding stupid amount of fuel pressure, we got there. Turns out, the original lambda was making the fuel more lean so we disconnected that but again, we had issues. Basically, we couldnt get an easy medium of mixture under load and cruising. At times it was lean top end, others too rich. Hard to explain but still no good.
My fuel pump is on a switch so when the car is off, you can still hear it running but its started making strange squeeky noises? I'm guessing the pump has packed in and therefor causing problems with the fuel setup? Or could the chips be shit?

Thanks for reading. Im slowly getting sick of this car now. If anyone can shed some light, I'd appreciate it. Cheers

You should of took original chips with you and whacked them in and see if anything changed..I rekon the chips are shite tbh..but thats because I dont trust certain people lol.

What was the operators advice? Change the fuel pump?

You could do that too I spose..see if anyone in kiddy (and we know theres a lot of lets ) can lend you theirs for a bit?

Get your self an AFR setup asap too..£££ but can see what the engines doing on your own then save going to rolling roads all the time.

Im using an FSE mate. I reckon the pump has given up the ghost. When i was driving it home, it was making some real strange noises. Could even hear it over the exhaust and the car was hesitant and flat
